Laura's Spanking Corner

Spanking and SM Vendors

These companies sell equipment and toys related to S/M and spanking.

The Academy is a cute, school-oriented site that sells several different types of maple paddles.

Adam and Gillian have a nice online catalog of whips and other toys. I've never ordered from them, but the pictures look nice. If you've never seen what "real" s/m toys look like, check it out.

Dressing for Pleasure claims to be the "world's largest fetish department store," located in Upper Montclair, NJ.   They have a fairly large collection of leather and latex clothes, bondage gear, magazines, implements, and other goodies.  The web site is rather annoying, but it might be worth a visit.

The Frugal Domme is a relatively new vendor in the San Francisco area. Her prices are quite reasonable, and her wares looked fairly nice when I briefly pawed over them at one of the SM Community Exchanges in SF.

Heartwood Whips of Passion - Janette Heartwood is one of the premier whipmakers in the BDSM community. Many of her well-made whips are also beautiful works of art. Her online catalog includes some lovely photos of her work.

OtkFesse's Paddes sells a variety of Oak paddles.  They also do custom work.

The San Francisco Whip Company has a nice variety of floggers.  I haven't seen any of their work in first-hand, but I've heard good things about it.

The Santa Barbara Paddle Company sells wooden fraternity-style paddles along with lots of male/male videos.

Sarah Lashes is a San Francisco whipmaker who makes very nice floggers, including two that live in my own toybag. Her whips can be obtained at leather shops, her booth at s/m events, and by custom order. Sarah also sponsors occasional women's play parties in SF.

Sensations by Sasha sells floggers, collars, cuffs, and other BDSM gear. They have some nice background information on leather and floggers.

Severity is a large online toy, book, and lingerie store, but they also have a nice selection of free articles on BDSM and a few photos as well.

The Stockroom, formerly known as JT Toys, is a nice mail-order source for s/m paraphanalia and other adult toys. I ordered some basic bondage gear from these folks and was happy with the price, the service, and the products.

Stormy Leather is a San Francisco company that designs, retails, wholesales leather clothes and s/m equipment. Their web site lists stores throughout the US that sell Stormy's product's

Texas Spanking Toys sells several different types of paddles at very reasonable prices, though without pictures it's hard to tell what their quality is like.

The Wildfire Club - As their web site says, whatever you were expecting, the Wildfire Club is not quite what you expect. I'm not quite sure what to make of these folks, but they do sell some nice straps and canes and a couple of very good books.
