Hi everyone. I wanted to write something about the party I went to last night, and about the amazing fact that I'm actually still in a good mood on the day after. :-)

I went out with a nice a.s.s lurker who I've played with a couple of times before. We got to the party fairly early, and should have played right then. But we socialized for a while, and the party got very crowded. There was a big mob of people hanging around gawking near the entrance to the dungeon.

We joined them to wait for some play space to become available, and then swooped down like vultures once it did. :) I got chained up against the wall, and a nice spanking and paddling ensued.

Then it happened again. The person who runs the place announced that someone was going to perform a dance in the dungeon, and we had to stop playing right in the middle of our scene. Shit. I got really pissed off and went into sulk mode while we watched the dancer.

After the dancing was over, there were tons of people in the dungeon, so I was nervous about playing any more. I think the top was paying attention to my feelings, though, and once it started to thin out she convinced me to start again. I'm very glad she did; the second half of our scene was nice, and the frustration I was feeling helped me to cry a bit. It turned into a nice, cathartic experience.

I think that having a satisfactory ending to a scene helped me a lot. I'm not feeling any kind of letdown today, which is a nice change. I still am a bit annoyed at the person who interrupted our scene, though. Between that and all of the sometimes-noisy gawkers, I'm not sure when I'll go back there.

Anyway, I thought I'd share something happy for a change. Maybe now I can get back to writing my upbeat, pro-s/m sermons. :-)
